Liv's love for hockey began at the age of five when her dad first introduced her to the game. What started as weekends at the rink quickly grew into a passion that became a central part of her life. Throughout her hockey journey, her mom and dad have remained her biggest supporters, spending countless hours driving to practices, attending games, and encouraging her to pursue her goals both on and off the ice.

 

Growing up in Regina, Liv played within the Hockey Regina system from U7 through U15, proudly wearing the Rebels jersey throughout her minor hockey years. It was during this time that she developed not only her skills as a player, but also many of the friendships and teammates who helped shape her love of the game.

 

Alongside hockey, Liv competed in soccer and flag football while also enjoying golf with family and friends. Her multi-sport background helped develop her athleticism, competitiveness, and appreciation for teamwork, while providing opportunities to learn from different coaches, teammates, and experiences.
